The charming 300 year old country house of the Domaine de Fraisse quietly surveys 104 hectares of private woods, fields, hills and a river. It is 4km from the nearest village, Leuc and a short distance away from the famous Abbey de Saint Hilaire and the medieval citadel of Carcassonne.
You can lounge around on the flowery terrace or under the shade of the mulberry trees . Enjoy a game in the floodlit “piste de petanque”, table tennis or pool. Alternatively, take it easy in the library, lounge or clubhouse which offers stunning views over the Domaine and countryside as far as the Pyrénées.

Just a 20 minute stroll by foot from the house will take you to a private bathing area of the Laquette River. Ideal for a refreshing dip in the summer sun.
Why not explore the grounds on 2 wheels or venture further into the scenic Corbieres? Bikes are available for hire for just 5€ per day and 10€ per day for a mountain bike.

When the nights draw in, the log fire in the lounge helps create a cosy, warm ambience ideal for putting your feet up or sharing your experiences of the day.
All the rooms are comfortably furnished, each one with its own unique charm, including apartments and family rooms. They are either located within the main house or across the terrace.
Parking & transfers
There is of course plenty of private parking within the grounds. Transfers from the Airport or Railway station in Carcassonne are also available for a small transfer fee of 6€ per person.
