Why not try a relaxing Swedish or Californian massage or some traditional Chinese medicine such as Tuina and Acupuncture? These are designed to aid the flow of energy and blood throughout the body to achieve a state of equilibrium and stimulate a resistance to illness. Each movement has a specific action. Many ailments can be helped including bad backs and joint pains.

Marie Claire is a qualified practitioner in Traditional Chinese Energy including Acupuncture, Moxibustion, manual therapy and Tuina – energetic or deep. She has a diploma from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in France (approved by the University of MTC in Shanghai).

Sessions are by appointment only, at least one day in advance.
